I was looking for a Dual Din to replace my stock radio that was working fine but there was a cd stuck inside. The dealer would not fix it and would charge me to take it out and send it to the manufacture.
I was just looking for a radio to replace and did not want to spend a lot of money. I was going to by a DP but I came across the SUMAS SM-707DBT at Frys Electronics and it looked pretty good and had some good features.
I bought it and installed it myself it was pretty easy but being my first time installing a radion it took me like 4 hours however I had to do some small trouble shooting the unit works great even the bluethooth works and is pretty cool.
For the money you can't go wrong compare to these other units that you pay for the name brand.

The 707 is lsightly larger than us standard dual din. So the metal cage holding your old dual din radio might not be tall enough.
This was installed in an old Saab wich have dual dins that are slightly smaller than us standard dual din. But since the car is on the old side, I had no qualms cutting the metal cage and a little plastic here and there to install the radio.
operation: Fairly simple..read the manual and just futz around with the remote and get yourself familiar with how it works before you go driving. It has a good amount of power for stock or even replacement speakers and the included rca outputs help to make external connections easy.
I would invest in extra power filtering.
the radio does play all the formats listed and it does understand folders so if you have folders upon folders of mp3's on sd cards..you're safe.keep them under 32 characters though.
